Performance, migrations, legacy modernisation and cost reduction. We measure the system as it is, change one layer at a time, and verify before moving on.

Hardening, audits, access control and a written incident path. Applied per layer, and re-checked whenever the system changes, because that is when it slips.

Service is restored first: failover, rollback or restore from backup. The clean fix comes after.

Custom software, platforms and websites, written by the person who will host them, monitor them and be woken up by them.
Custom software. Line-of-business applications and integrations shaped around how your organisation actually works. TypeScript, tests on the paths that matter, and an automated release.
Platforms. Multi-user products with role-based access, real-time data and observability from the first commit. Built so that adding users does not mean adding incidents.
Websites. Fast, accessible, bilingual sites, hosted on infrastructure we run ourselves. This site is one of them. Looking after them afterwards is the care plan.
Rate
Hourly from €50 excl. VAT, with no fixed package. Work is estimated in advance and you approve the hours before we spend them. Work outside office hours and night call-outs carry a surcharge.

We are a small, remote-first operation. We do not run a 24/7 operations centre and we will not pretend to. What we do instead: name every system under watch, agree the escalation path in writing before it is needed, and answer it ourselves.
